Hack the Commute has been a great ride – but it’s over for now. As of today, this page will no longer be monitored or updated regularly. We will also archive the Twitter handle @hackthecommute (though we can’t promise it won’t come back to life in the future!).
We want to say thank you one last time to everyone who participated in Hack the Commute. This would not have been possible without our colleagues from other public agencies, data providers, non-profit partners, sponsors, and of course the more than 150 volunteers from across the community who came together to make sure this event was a success.
To stay in the loop about this initiative and others like it, we suggest following the Seattle Department of Information Technology, Seattle Department of Transportation, Startup Seattle, and our partner Code for Seattle on Twitter and elsewhere. You are also warmly invited to attend meetings of the Community Technology Advisory Board.
Thank you for your visit. Until next time!
